You can request permanent deletion of your DxSxT Network account at any time. Deleting your account is irreversible and will remove your profile, activity history, and any personal data we store, unless we must retain certain information to comply with applicable laws.
How to submit a deletion request
Please send an email to usersupport@dxsxt.network with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the following information so we can verify your identity:
- Your full name
- The email address used for your account
- Your User ID (if available/in-app)
- Country/region (for compliance verification)
Verification and processing time
For your security, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and typically complete deletion within 30 days after successful verification.
What happens after deletion
- Your account credentials and profile data will be permanently removed.
- Certain records may be retained if necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms.
- Deletion is irreversible. You will need to create a new account to use the services again.
